**in Frankfurt / Main, ab sofort in Vollzeit**

**Gehalt: 34,500 EUR**

**Vertrag: unbefristet, Vollzeit**

**Schichten: Montag - Freitag, schichten innerhalb von 7 - 19 Uhr, 40 Stunden pro Woche mit 45 Minuten für die Mittagspause**

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Sie arbeiten eigenständig an der Rezeption einer renommierten Bank, erledigen telefonische Anfragen sowie E-Mail-Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Die Verwaltung von Seminarräumen und die Organisation von Kundenmeetings, Tagungen und betriebsinternen Veranstaltungen gehört ebenfalls in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich. Weiterhin sind Sie Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne Abläufe, die Organisation des Informationsflusses innerhalb des Empfangsbereichs sowie die Verwaltung der Meetingräume (Warenkontrolle, Materialbestellungen etc.).

**Ihr Profil**
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann (m/w/d)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr hohe Kunden-/Serviceorientierung und Flexibilität
- Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie gute Umgangsformen
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit

- und Organisationsgeschick
- Gutes Zeitmanagement
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, auch unter Zeitdruck
