Für unsere geschätzten Gäste als auch Mitarbeiter bieten wir eine Tiefgarage, Lobby mit Frühstücksbereich, eine gemütliche Lounge, Business Corner, einem Gym und selbstverständlich unsere großzügig ausgestatteten Zimmer mit Küchenecke.

**Als Empfangsmitarbeiter sind Deine Aufgaben**:

- Allgemeine Rezeptionsaufgaben im Front
- und Backoffice, wie Check-in / Check-out unserer Gäste und Bearbeitung des E-Mail
- und Posteingangs
- Reservierungsannahme und Reservierungseingabe der gängigen Internetbuchungsportale
- Tagesabschlüsse, Kontrollen und Statistiken, Concierge Tätigkeiten

**Du bist der ideale Kandidat, wenn Du**:

- eine Ausbildung zum/zur Hotelfachmann/-frau oder eine Ausbildung in einem ähnlichen Beruf hast (wir bieten auch Neu
- und Quereinsteigern eine Chance)
- gute Umgangsformen, ein angenehmes und höfliches Auftreten hast
- fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) sprichst
- organisiert, motiviert und ein Team Player bist und Spaß in einem internationalen Team hast
