We are looking for a

**Student Assistant Graduate Programmes (f/m/div)**

part-time (10 hours per week)

The contract shall commence as of 01 February 2023 and is limited until 31 July 2023.

Your tasks:
You will support the Dean of Graduate Programmes with the following:

- Assistance in the administrative, research and strategy coordination of projects of the Dean.
- Management of institutional documents and archival information to keep record of the Dean’s activities.
- Drafting of memorandums, minutes, and reports.
- Conducting literature reviews and research tasks

Your profile:

- Enrolled at a German University.
- Academic background in Social Sciences.
- Exceptional oral and written skills in English (German is a plus).
- Advanced skills and knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong intercultural competences, knowledgeable about international student experience.
- Hands-on approach and strong pro-active service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and hands-on approach.
