We are looking for

**Two Student Research Assistants/or one Student Research Assistant and one Research Associate in European Human Rights Law and Policy gn)**
part-time basis (10 hours per week)

Your tasks:

- Support research activities, including
- conducting literature reviews,
- collection, organisation, and coding of primary sources, such as court documents from the European Court of Human Rights and policy documents from Council of Europe organs or human rights organisations
- Support administrative activities
- Support organisation and dissemination of project events

Your profile:

- Strong research skills
- Knowledge of and interest in human rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights and the Council of Europe
- Ability to organise and analyse legal and policy materials in the field of human rights.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Enrolled as a masters or PhD student in law, political science, or other relevant discipline in a German University.
- Minimum 12-month commitment (a 24-month appointment is desirable)
