Stellenbeschreibung
- Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Vergütungs
- und Benefit-Systemen
- Durchführung von Gehaltsbenchmarking-Analysen und Gehaltsentwicklungsanalysen zur Unterstützung der Budgetplanung und der Weiterentwicklung von Entgeltstrukturen
- Compensation & Benefits Projekte zur Harmonisierung von Prozessen
- Du wirst alleinverantwortlich das Thema vorantreiben, strukturieren und später auch die Möglichkeit haben ein Team aufzubauen und zu führen
- Kennzahlenentwicklung im Bereich Comp & Ben, Forecast Analysen und Ad-hoc Reports
- Ansprechpartner:in zu allen Compenation & Benefits Fragestellungen

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder vergleichbarem Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefit, in einem dynamischen Unternehmen mit schnellem Wachstum
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit, strukturiertem und lösungsorientiertem Handeln
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen in deutscher Sprache
