Job Title: Global Compensation & Benefits Manager

Location: London or Berlin – Hybrid working model

About the role

You will manage key aspects of the Global Compensation & Benefits agenda, such as the Workday compensation and advanced compensation modules including the global annual salary review process. Working closely with the Director Global Compensation & Benefits in a strategic role, you will be involved in a number of other compensation tasks and projects. The position is offered on a permanent basis in our London or Berlin office on a hybrid working model. 

Role Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the Compensation and Benefits module of Workday, amending or creating new compensation plans as necessary Lead on the annual salary review process via Workday advanced compensation, organising and aligning with the various HR colleagues globally regarding timelines and instructions and guidance materials. Produce insightful reward analytics, that helps the business and wider HR teams to make informed decisions. Work with other group functions (. MRPA) on all necessary reward reporting requirements. Assist and support the Director in developing the broader global compensation and benefits agenda and projects that regularly come up. Be the expert on all global compensation and benefits related policies, processes. And a first port of call for Local HR teams on these processes. Act as the go to person on salary benchmarking, conduct as necessary multi location benchmarking projects.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential

Experience in Workday compensation module and advanced compensation module is a must Solid experience in a reward and compensation role with a deep understanding of key compensation areas such as incentive
