About You: You are a customer service representative that understands and is able to perform the foundational basic of the role. Job responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, address client questions, and staff to provide excellent client service. You understand that clear, effective communication among clients and team members is a priority. You enjoy working with a collaborative team and are committed to outstanding client service. You genuinely want to make a difference for each client and are dedicated to maintaining a positive work environment.
