The German office is based in Munich and employs ca. 70 employees and is part of an international agency network with more than 1,000 employees. Clients of the company are world-known brands in Automotive, Medical Devices, IT and Consumer Electronics and the agency has won numerous awards for great creative work. **Account Director (M/F/d) - Healthcare Marketing**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Shaping the strategic and operational direction
- Leading the delivery of major projects in digital and integrated marketing communications
- Key point of contact for clients in leading projects
- Working with a broad range of clients on largely global and EMEA level
- Build strong client relationships
- Being responsible for hitting client targets including client growth and profitability
- Ensuring a well-functioning and clear work relationships with the project management team

**Your profile**:

- Business or economics degree with focus on marketing or similar qualifications
- Prior related work experience, preferred in a digital agency or organisational marketing campaign management
- Proven record in leading digital/social campaigns and projects across several disciplines and workstreams
- Experience managing multi-channel global marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office (e.g. PPT, Excel), html skills a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English
