As a Senior Director - Account Management, you will be responsible for the maximisation of the global Account penetration and profitable growth of a defined Key Account. You will play a crucial role in developing and managing long-term relationships with the organisation's global and multinational clients.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Act as an interface between the customer and the internal organisation
- Act as the advocate for the customer’s interests
- Build a deep understanding of the client’s business and its industry
- Developing and modifying the Account Plan
- Setting a long-term goal for the company within the Account
- Leading, coordinating and motivating the global Account Team
**The requirements**:
- You’ll have proven experience in account management, preferably with a global or multinational focus, as well as:_
- Educated to degree level
- Prior experience working in a matrix organisation
- A strategic thinker
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Revenue-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in SalesForce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in Munich, Germany
