Bazaarvoice is looking for an experienced sales professional to manage and retain a portfolio of existing clients in Central Europe. The Account Director delivers strategic, commercially oriented business direction to our clients and manages renewals within the customer life cycle. This strategic role is at the core of Bazaarvoice value proposition.
**Primary Duties of the Role**:
- Run a territory franchise, including territory management, account planning and generating pipeline on a continuous basis.
- Manage all strategic and commercial aspects of the relationship, to make the client successful with all Bazaarvoice products and service and to nurture and grow the Bazaarvoice relationship
- Define Bazaarvoice’s account strategy for success with your assigned portfolio of business
- Partner with internal stakeholders and Clients to deliver a joint strategic plan to enable the client to achieve program success
- Ability to navigate and build champions across complex client organisations, tailoring strategy recommendations based on identified business needs
**Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role**:
- 5+ years sales experience in eCommerce, digital or SaaS
- Strong experience with building champions within complex organisations.
- Track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent English and German (c1) verbal and written communication skills
- Passion, energy, and a collaborative work ethic
- Proven ability to ramp-up quickly and be a self-starter
