Your mission
Your tasks
- Integral part of the operations team to manage our supplier base (strategically & operationally) for component deliveries as well as internal and external assembly
- Supporting company in its continuous improvement efforts in all areas (internal, supplier and customer)
- Responsible for supplier development and customer support and claim management
- Responsible for Quality Management System (Blickfeld Process House) incl. ISO 9001 (internal & external audits)
- Training of employees regarding quality methodologies (e.g. FMEA, 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP,...)
**Profile**:
- You have a degree in electronics engineering, mechanical or similar
- You have substantial experience in the industrial or automotive field (minimum 5 years or more)
- You are a certified auditor for ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3 (or equivalent) and familiar with the requirements of the environmental management system 14001, DIN EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 and confident in their implementation and further development
- You have expert knowledge in quality method and tools like FMEA, 8D problem solving, MSA, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma tools
- You have very good communication skills German (spoken and written) and English as a company language is no problem for you (very good knowledge in spoken and written)
