Your missionKeyResponsibilities:
  • Influence, define,and implement the quality strategy to ensure the highest standardsacross our organization.
  • Develop strong linkswith the engineering and operations teams through peer leadership,fostering a culture of collaboration andexcellence.
  • Define and implement qualityassurance processes to drive continuous improvement and ensureproduct excellence.
  • Establish a system ofmetrics to monitor and drive measurable qualityimprovements.
  • Utilize statistical analysis toevaluate key quality data and identify areas forenhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering todefine critical-to-quality parameters for new product developmentand design for manufacturing activities.
  • Stayupdated on the latest quality management methodologies anddevelopments, implementing best practices whereapplicable.
  • Actively participate inmulti-functional discussions, bringing valuable data-driveninsights to key businessinitiatives.

  • Proven experience inquality management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment,preferably in the energy storage, lithium batteries or renewableenergy sector.
  • Expertise in implementingquality assurance processes and driving continuous improvementinitiatives.
  • Fluency in both English and Germanlanguages.
