We are hiring for a **Executive Assistant to E.ON One Board (f/m/d) **to work in our team.
**Who you are**
- You support and work closely with the E.ON One board and the team in the day-to-day business, e.g. proactively manage and prioritize complex calendars as well as organizational and stakeholder meetings
- You organize and administrate tasks in an international environment
- You enable meetings and events, including regular and extraordinary team (building) events like offsites
- You anticipate needs and make administrative decisions / requests for information on behalf of the managers based on understanding of team and business priorities
- You maintain the relevant back-office processes & tools (e.g. purchasing & invoice verification, travel & expense management, time & activity recording, ordering hard
- and software) as well as giving guidance and support to the teams in using them in a compliant way
- You approach challenges deliberately and constructively, always eager to optimize and remove waste for the organisation
**What you’ll bring**
- Completed commercial education and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
- You like to work in a startup like environment
- Strong personal leadership, guidance and cross-team collaboration skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
- Effective organizational and time management skills to work independently, quickly and efficiently
- Quick learner, positive attitude, self-starter and highly self-motivated
- Able to manage expectations appropriately with team and stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Experienced user of the MS Office package, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent communicator in English & German
