**Personal Assistant to Director-Level (m/w/d)**

- Personal assistance and administrative support for three directors in all aspects of daily work organisation
- Scheduling and calendar management (preparation, implementation and follow-up of appointments)
- Preparation of reports, decision papers, documents and meeting minutes
- Planning, management and coordination of events and projects as well as travel planning and travel expense accounting
**Your Walk Of Life**
- Completed degree in Economics or related field with a comparable qualifications/ experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant is preferred
- Confident handling MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Have great communication skills and always ready to help
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English
