**What we’re looking for**:
The **Workplace Coordinator** will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and elevating employee experience of the Berlin office. This position focuses on various aspects of workplace management, including employee engagement initiatives, housekeeping oversight, minor maintenance tasks, event coordination, landlord relations, and the implementation of workplace enhancements and new initiatives.We are looking for someone who can add an edge to our office culture, and create a work atmosphere where people feel inspired and supported.

**Job Requirements**:
**Office Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Berlin office to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage housekeeping services, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the office.
- Manage visitors and mail handling, be a got-to contact for external vendors and suppliers that support the operations of the office.
- Assist with managing & overseeing daily operation in two other office locations.
- Management of seating allocation, potential integration of tech into office operations.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement within the office.
- Gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement in workplace initiatives.

**Maintenance Oversight**:

- Coordinate minor maintenance activities and liaise with service providers for larger repairs or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute office events aimed at promoting employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams to arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, and social events.
- Coordinate with internal events team for larger company events and global initiatives.

**Landlord Relations**:

- Maintain a professional relationship with the landlord and other external stakeholders.
- Address any issues related to the office premises in a timely manner.

**Initiatives and Enhancements**:

- Identify opportunities for workplace improvements and propose new initiatives to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to workplace experience to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Look into the development and implementation of DEI&B and Green initiatives within the offices

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in administration, office management, workplace roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, Russian is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with workplace management software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Enthusiastic about creating an engaging workplace culture.
