Deutsche Bank Compliance verhindert, erkennt und mindert Compliance-, Regulierungs
- und Reputationsrisiken im gesamten Unternehmen und trägt dazu bei, die Compliance-Kultur des Unternehmens zu stärken. Als unabhängige Kontrollfunktion und Teil der zweiten Verteidigungslinie des Unternehmens bewertet Compliance das Compliance-, Regulierungs
- und Reputationsrisiko des Unternehmens, überwacht die Einhaltung neuer oder geänderter Gesetze, Regeln und Vorschriften; entwirft und implementiert Kontrollen, Richtlinien, Verfahren und Schulungen; führt unabhängiges Compliance Monitoring durch; untersucht, überwacht und prüft auf Compliance-Risiken und -Verstöße; und ist Ansprechpartner des Unternehmens in Bezug auf behördliche Untersuchungen, Audits und Anfragen. Sie sind Teil eines Teams mit unterschiedlichen akademischen und beruflichen Hintergründen. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Rolle innerhalb des Compliance-Teams der International Private Bank Business Line in Frankfurt (Deutschland), die das International Private Bank/Wealth Management-Geschäft in Deutschland mit Schwerpunkt auf allen Produktangebots
- und Marketingaktivitäten abdeckt und Teil des Global International Private Bank Business Line Compliance Teams ist. Sie können Teil eines 5-köpfigen Teams einschließlich des Team-Heads werden.

Die Rolle bietet die Chance, die International Private Bank/das Wealth Management in Deutschland in Compliance-Belangen zu unterstützen, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf dem Angebot und der Vermarktung von MiFID II-Finanzinstrumenten, einschließlich Product Governance-Anforderungen, um die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Verfahren sowie externer regulatorischer Anforderungen sicherzustellen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie unterstützen und beraten den Geschäftsbereich International Private Bank (IPB)/Wealth Management (WM) Deutschland bei der Einhaltung von Regeln, Vorschriften und internen Richtlinien
- Sie unterstützen den Geschäftsbereich International Private Bank (IPB)/Wealth Management (WM) Deutschland insbesondere bei der Einhaltung der MiFID II-Produkt-Governance
- und Zulassungsanforderungen für neue Produkte
- Sie verhindern, erkennen (Compliance Monitoring) und mindern Compliance-, Regulierungs
- und Reputationsrisiken und tragen zur Stärkung der Compliance-Kultur bei
- Sie helfen bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen im Rahmen laufender Compliance-Schulungsprogramme, die auf die Anforderungen des den Geschäftsbereichs International Private Bank (IPB)/Wealth Management (WM) Deutschland zugeschnitten sind und bieten bei Bedarf auch Ad-hoc-Schulungen an

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute rechtliche und regulatorische Kenntnisse
- Sie haben großes Interesse an Finanzmärkten, Produkten und der entsprechenden Regulierung und verfügen über eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance oder Handel (Support oder anderweitig)
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie zeigen die Fähigkeit, Konflikte zu lösen, können mit Konfrontationen umgehen und unter Druck ruhig bleiben

**Details of the role and how it fits into the team**

Deutsche Bank Compliance prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm and helps to strengthen the firm's culture of compliance. As an independent control function and part of the firm's second line of defense, Compliance assesses the firm's compliance, regulatory and reputational risk; monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training; conducts independent testing; investigates, surveils and monitors for compliance risks and breaches; and leads the firm's responses to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries. You'll be part of a team with members from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, such as law, accounting, sales, and trading. We look for those who possess sound judgment, curiosity, and are able to adapt to a changing regulatory landscape.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide real-time compliance advice to International Private Bank (IPB)/Wealth Management (WM) Germany business personnel, with regards to the rules, regulation and internal policies that govern their businesses
