**im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung**:
Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der direkten Personalvermittlung einen Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d) am Standort Köln.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung von Kundenanfragen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle wie Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Reklamationen und Retouren
- Klärung von Fragen zu Produkten, Lieferzeiten und Rechnungen
- Koordination von Serviceleistungen und Reparaturen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service-Team
- Verfolgung von Kundenanfragen und Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen Lösung
- Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen und -anliegen im CRM-System
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Customer Service

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice oder einer ähnlichen Position
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Serviceorientierung
- Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität, auch in stressigen Situationen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
