**Deine Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung unseres erfahrenen Experience-Teams beim Entwurf übergreifender, digitaler Kundenerlebnisse (z.B. Commerce-, Brand
- und Service-Experiences) auf einem Automotive Kunden
- Synchronisierung der Anforderungen unserer Kunden mit den Anforderungen ihrer Endkunden, Detaillisierung dieser und Leitung einer zielgerechten Umsetzung
- Erschaffung wertvoller Insights im Rahmen von User-Research
- und Business-Analyse-Tätigkeiten wie bspw. Interviews, Benchmarks, Feldstudien oder Workshops
- Komplexe Zusammenhänge und Prozesse in eine verständliche und gewinnbringende Struktur wie bspw. Customer Journeys oder Service Blueprints bringen
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Unterstüzung bei Pitches durch Erarbeitung der Offerings und Kommunikationsstrategien
- Durch kreative Ideen gepaart mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten leistest du einen wertvollen Beitrag für eine gewinnbringende Lösungsentwicklung

**Was du mitbringst**
- Idealerweise mehr als 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im CRM Bereich (Dialog-Strategien der Markenplanung, Markenstrategie oder im Produktmanagement im Marketing-Umfeld)
- Konkrete Erfahrungen sowie Erfolge in der Entwicklung von erlebniszentrierten Kundenstrategien, der Neukonzeption, Umgestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsmodellen oder der Optimierung von Marketing, Vertriebs
- und Kundenservice-Einheiten
- Kenntnisse in der Bewertung digitaler Fähigkeiten von Unternehmen, der Erstellung von Fahrplänen digitaler Transformationen und der Ausarbeitung von Business Cases sind von Vorteil
- Unternehmergeist, proaktives Handeln und Leidenschaft für Customer Experience sowie neuen Trends und Technologien
- Fundiertes Fachwissen im CRM und/oder Customer Experience
- Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Menschen auf allen Ebenen in einer Organisation
