B2B Marketing Strategist

Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will collaborate with international sales teams and internal partners to grasp business objectives and convert them into actionable strategies for executing comprehensive B2B campaigns and the Sales Enablement Framework of the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the Sales Team throughout the sales process, ensuring the establishment of multiple client engagement points to effectively define, create, and manage marketing initiatives across all stages, with accountability for budget management.
  • Assist in the formulation and oversight of the global marketing budget and strategy.
  • Develop and execute multichannel sales enablement, product marketing, and social media campaigns across various regions.
  • Oversee the implementation and evaluation of all marketing activities, including content creation, creative design, strategic events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic marketing support to sales teams in alignment with the company's Sales Enablement Framework.
  • Design marketing materials for email campaigns, social media, and brochures.
  • Create corporate presentations, brochures, and general marketing collateral.
  • Plan, conduct, and assess the annual client survey within the organization.
  • Utilize CRM tools to facilitate the Sales Enablement Framework.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with daily operational tasks.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong design capabilities (PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe).
  • Extensive experience in integrated B2B marketing.
  • Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative team player.
  • Passion for financial markets and relevant industry knowledge.
  • In-depth expertise in crafting content-driven, client-focused, and sales-supportive marketing campaigns, with the ability to generate or adapt content for local market relevance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with senior sales leaders and C-level executives.
  • Adept at managing resources to effectively meet marketing objectives, including budget oversight and third-party vendor management.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee production workflows, timelines, and schedules; capable of prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in cross-cultural environments.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
