In der Position als Lead Salesforce Strategist (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Salesforce-Implementierung. Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung von Projekten und die Betreuung unserer Kunden, die von Startups bis hin zu großen Unternehmen reichen. Du führst ein Team von Business Analysts und Consultants, unterstützt Deine Teammitglieder als Mentor und förderst deren berufliche Entwicklung. In dieser Funktion bringst Du Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie, strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Rückmeldung ein, um die Weiterentwicklung von Salesfive aktiv mitzugestalten.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Leitung eines dynamischen Consulting-Teams
  • Steuerung von IT-Projekten im Salesforce-Umfeld
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Salesforce-Lösungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines wertvollen Netzwerks
  • Unterstützung im Pre-Sales-Prozess
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsabläufen
  • Nachhaltige Betreuung der Kunden nach Projektabschluss
Anforderungen
  • Abschluss in einem relevanten Studiengang, vorzugsweise im IT-Bereich
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Aufbau und Betrieb von cloudbasierten CRM-Lösungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Salesforce
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der IT-Implementierung ist wünschenswert
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Analytische Denkweise, Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamgeist
