As part of our global 4D transformation journey, we are actively seeking a highly qualified individual to take on the pivotal role of Procurement Transformation Lead in our Munich Headquarter. Join us in transforming the way we partner with the business and contribute to the success of our dynamic organization

**Role and responsibilities**:

- 4D Procurement Regional Lead
- Lead 4D Procurement transformation journey in DSE in full alignment with the global Procurement 4D project.
- Contribute to allocated 4D Procurement workstreams by providing required information, data and analysis about DSE governance, processes and operations.
- Ensure appropriate DSE resources are allocated to project 4D - Procurement.
- Organize and coordinate Procurement related co-location meetings in particular those in Munich.
- Communicate key information about project 4D initiative and current status to European procurement team and relevant stakeholders across Europe.
- Coordinate and actively contribute to a smooth implementation of globally selected tools (Coupa, Sievo) and of new elements of governance and operating model.
- Communicate with Global colleagues to ensure full alignment during transformation of our Procurement organization and operations.
- Act as a change agent.
- Continuous improvement manager
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of our European operations.
- Drive optimization and harmonization across Europe to ensure operations in Procurement remain effective and efficient.
- Effectively collaborate with Procurement team members and cross functional departments to secure successful implementation of improvement identified.
- Challenge current category strategies to identify further opportunities to optimize our vendor base and maximize the value created to the business.
- Identify categories for which it would make sense to drive global initiatives. Own the (these) category (ies) by ensuring a category strategy is developed and executed in alignment with key stakeholders. Establish measures and controls to track successful implementation. Drive sustainable improvements.

- Act as ambassador of our department effectively communicating within our department and to our stakeholders achievements delivered by the team.

- Conduct all activities in compliance with DSE policies and procedures. Promote compliance within the department.

**Professional experience**:

- Education & experience
- Master's degree in Procurement or related field/Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement. Previous team lead role is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with contractual / legal knowledge.
- Procurement certification is a plus.
- Other skills
- Result-Driven. Strong execution, reliability, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with the business.
- Uphold high standards of integrity and intercultural competency.
- Positive attitude with strong aptitude to create a positive environment.
- Flexible to take on ad-hoc tasks in response to changing priorities.
- Willing to enhance current knowledge through additional Procurement training/qualification.
- Fluent in English.
