**Site Transformation Lead **(M/F/d)**

**Wie Sie bei uns erfolgreich sind - Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Leitung der Transformation am Standort und Sicherstellen der effektiven Umsetzung der Wertsteigerungsinitiativen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Transformation Office, dem Site Leadership Team, den Commercial Teams und den Corporate Functions, um den Erfolg der Transformation sicherzustellen
- Sie begeistern und leiten die Initiativverantwortlichen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sich voll engagieren und den versprochenen Nutzen aus den Initiativen erbringen
- Förderung von Innovation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der Transformation sowohl für den Standort als auch für das Unternehmen zu steigern
- Analyse der Ergebnisse von Benchmarking-Studien, Lückenschlussplänen und Asset-Strategien zur Schaffung von Schwerpunktbereichen für Workstreams, um die Konzentration auf das Wichtigste sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung der Standortstrategien mit den Zielen des Wertsteigerungsprogramms
- Entwicklung einer Transformations-Roadmap für den Standort
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung von Transformationsteams auf globaler Ebene
- Überprüfung und Förderung strategischer Initiativen mit Potenzial zur Skalierung über verschiedene Standorte hinweg
- Planung und Unterstützung der Entwicklung der langfristigen Infrastrukturanforderungen intern und extern, einschließlich alternder Infrastrukturanforderungen und zukünftiger Infrastrukturentwicklung im Kontext einer Netto-Null-Emissions-Industrie
- Dreh
- und Angelpunkt des Standortes für die Konzeptentwicklung und Umsetzung der Carbon Reduction Roadmap 2050
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie Unternehmensrichtlinien und -standards
- Implementierung sowie Steigerung der Akzeptanz der LYB-Strategie, -Story und -Kultur auf allen Ebenen der Organisation

**Was Sie für uns attraktiv macht - Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor oder Masterstudium in den Bereichen Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, technische Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder petrochemischen Industrie in einem komplexen und dynamischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams wünschenswert
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, SAP Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgezeichnete Managementfähigkeiten, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Führung von Interessengruppen und Mitarbeitern
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
