Growth Marketing Team Leader for a Sustainability

Manage digital marketing and operations in a global, fast-growing SaaS company that drives the decarbonization of construction, representing half of global carbon emissions_

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Team Leader to oversee and further develop our digital demand generation engine including website, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO) and marketing operations.

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

You will join the global marketing team and report directly to the VP Marketing. You will work with our global brand and content team as well as regional marketers to meet our growth trajectories. You will join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

You will lead the global growth marketing team with 3 existing team members. You will have the ownership of website development, conversion rate optimisation and lifecycle marketing while your team focused on performance marketing, SEO and marketing operations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan, develop, implement and optimise the overall digital growth marketing strategy together with your team, including website, conversion rate optimisation, organic and paid channels, and lifecycle marketing - with the aim of developing a predictable revenue engine that scales.
- Ensure our customer acquisition funnel is well optimised for both new and existing business so that we hit weekly, quarterly and annual growth targets
- Work with marketing operations to further develop our analytics capabilities (incl. Salesforce, Active Campaign, Google Analytics) to identify gaps and find ways to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Build dashboards to regularly monitor the overall lead-to-revenue performance by channel and CAC. Ensure all team members gain insights from weekly pipeline data, experiments, and other key metrics.
- Take ownership of the company website and ensure it is continuously updated and optimised to provide a great user experience that also drives revenue. Work with internal and external stakeholders to get the job done.
- Lead a team of 3 in-house marketers - your job is to support and coach for success, and bring in new skills where needed.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features).

**What you need**:

- 8+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Direct experience planning and executing digital demand generation initiatives against measurable goals.
- Experience leading and coaching teams for success.
- Strong understanding of digital growth marketing landscape with demonstrated proficiency in website development, conversion rate optimisation, SEO and lifecycle marketing.
- Competent with analytical tools for marketers, such as Wordpress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Semrush
- Ability to bounce from thinking strategically to executing very detailed tactics - and a strong drive to get things done.
- Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style.
- Good cooperation skills.
- Understanding of and passion for sustainability, ideally in the construction sector, but willingness and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience.
- Native level of English
