Als **Alliance Direktor (w/d/m)** liegt der gesamte Partner Life-Cycle-Prozess in deinen Händen und du stehst im ständigen Austausch mit unseren Vertriebs
- und Kooperationspartner:innen.
Du bist ein Multitasking-Talent, das auch den Überblick über mehrere Projekte behält? Dich kennzeichnet eine proaktive Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick? Du kannst Dich für Softwareprodukte begeistern? Dann freuen wir uns auf dich

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich in unserem Team**:

- Du berätst unsere Partner:innen zu Fragestellungen rund um unsere Softwarelösung sowie die verschiedenen Angebotsmodelle und bietest bedarfsgerechte Lösungen an.
- Mit der Akquise neuer Partner:innen schaffst du einen indirekten Vertriebskanal für unsere Software One Data und trägst somit zum Erfolg unserer Vertriebs
- und Unternehmensziele bei.
- Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Umsetzung unseres Partnergeschäftsmodells mit den drei Säulen: Partner-Enablement, Partner-Engagement sowie Partner-Sales.
- Unsere Partner:innen unterstützt du bei, ihren Go-To-Market-Aktivitäten (Geschäftsplanung, Pipeline-Entwicklung, Marketing und Vertriebsaktivitäten) und förderst ihre technischen und vertrieblichen Fähigkeiten.
- Du baust ein Netzwerk zu den wichtigen Stakeholdern unserer Partner:innen auf (bis zur C-Ebene).

**Über diese Daten freuen wir uns**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Sales, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares.
- Außerdem hast du mindestens **5 Jahre** Berufserfahrungen im **Partnermanagement** oder **Vertrieb **in der Software
- und IT-Branche.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im **Beratungsumfeld **mit und verfügst bereits über ein r**elevantes Netzwerk**.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im **Vertriebs-Controlling** sowie deine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und dein überzeugendes Auftreten zeichnen dich aus.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Reisebereitschaft.
