**Your Mission**:
Join us disrupting the international energy and environmental trading market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work
As Head of our DACH Account Management team, you develop and implement a DACH growth strategy. You are a strong and independent leader running your part of the overall enmacc business. Your team consists of dedicated customer-facing account managers, who each attract and grow their portfolio of energy and environmental trading customers in the DACH region. You excite, develop, coach, manage and guide your team toward achieving the revenue growth targets in this key enmacc market. You make recommendations to the Chief Revenue Officer on how to further develop and grow your market.
**Your Responsibilities / what you'll do**:
You are part of the enmacc company and Revenue Team Management team, report to the Chief Revenue Officer and manage, develop and grow the DACH Account Management team of currently ca. 5 FTE.
Specifically, your role encompasses:
1. Managing & leading the DACH team:
- Team development (building, scaling, succeeding) as well as management of the DACH team overall.
- Enablement, training and development of the members of the DACH team.
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the DACH department.
2. Functional responsibilities within the region DACH:
- Forecast, report and achieve sales activities in the DACH team.
- Forecast, report and achieve customer retention and enablement activities in the DACH team as well as customer relationship building.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other teams in order to enable future growth and gatekeeping of correct processes (e.g. marketing campaigns, billing / finance, etc.).
- KPI and target setting for the DACH team as well as defining revenue targets for team members.
3. Other responsibilities:
- Being part of the enmacc management team with all responsibilities involved (e.g. OKR setting, cultural topics, feedback processes, etc.)
**Your Profile / Who you are**:
- 4+ years experience leading Account Management and B2B sales teams, ideally in startup/tech environment
- 8+ years work experience
- Strong experience managing B2B customer relationships
- Empathetic personality - you are a natural relationship and team builder
- Ability to structure, manage and guide a high-performing Sales/Account management team
- Fluent in German and English
- Robust technical skills (Excel, CRM, data analysis)
- Very independent working style without need for tight supervision
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
