In unserem Werk am Standort Bonn werden mit derzeit 350 Mitarbeitern Strangpressprofile für konstruktive Lösungen in allen Bereichen der Technik gefertigt. Seit 1921 beliefern wir primär die Schienenfahrzeugbau-, Automobil
- und Fahrzeugbauindustrie und sind europaweit einer der erfahrensten Hersteller komplexer Großprofilstränge. Für unseren Standort in Bonn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Head of Projectmanagement (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung einer vorausschauenden Projektmanagementstrategie
- Erarbeitung und Sicherstellung des Jahresplans
- Sicherstellung und Durchführung des Projektmanagements und der Projektsteuerung (insbesondere für Automotive
- und Railprojekte)
- Aufbau einer Projektorganisation
- Abschluss der Projekte und Ermittlung der Erfahrungsberichte
- disziplinarische Führung Koordination der Projektleiter
- Durchführung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen im Projektmanagement
- Sicherstellung eines Notfallmanagements

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- fundierte mehrjährige Führungs
- und Berufserfahrungen im Projektmanagement idealerweise innerhalb der Automobilindustrie
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen, genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- fließende gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
