As the VP Head of IT Integration CoE you will lead IT Integration and Enterprise Architecture for DHL Supply Chain division. Provide input to and lead the implementation of functional strategy to define enterprise architecture and integration requirements. You will ensure applications and services are in line with overall divisional business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Craft the division's IT Integration and Enterprise Architecture strategy in line with divisional business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies
  • Set direction and steer preparation and execution of IT Architecture and Integration plans, measures and budgets including software and hardware requirement projections
  • Responsibility for thousands of time critical and business critical customer integrations
  • Steer planning for on-premises and cloud infrastructure of the integration services, and development and implementation of methodologies for system analysis, deployment, and support
  • Develop and update the enterprise architecture, and define architecture guidelines
  • Direct complex, technologically advanced division-wide or interdepartmental projects having the strategic business impact for a division
  • Review and provide consulting to projects on enterprise IT architecture topics, particularly around cross-application integration
  • Drive applications systems analysis, programming, and testing activities for the integration platform and migrations
  • Determine system integration and acceptance testing processes, and coordinate adequate resources for testing across programs and projects
  • Provide direction for selection of testing and configuration management tools, and review test plans, scripts, and reports
  • Monitor enhancements and adequate testing of existing/ new systems to meet quality standards and maintain audit trails, controls, and security measures
  • Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of IT architecture components

  • Ability to lead multiple teams of lower-level executives, directors/senior managers, and managers
  • Extensive experience with developing short to long-term (1-5 years) plans for optimizing the organization,
  • Demonstrate organisational agility and the ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across multiple locations and countries
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst prioritizing business needs
  • A proven track record of working within global, regional, and local matrix environment with complex processes and procedures
