German + English (Required)
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support an on-site project team involved in a large-scale pharmaceutical facility expansion. This role is key to ensuring project documentation is organized, controlled, compliant, and easily accessible across engineering and construction teams.
Maintain, track, and organize all project documentation including drawings, permits, reports, correspondence, and procedures.
Administer IDA or equivalent document control systems, including workflows, uploads, metadata management, and revision control.
Ensure accurate document numbering, version control, and compliance with project standards.
Support engineering and construction teams with document access and retrieval.
Generate weekly documentation reports, logs, trackers, and dashboards.
Collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders in both German and English.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller within engineering, construction, or industrial environments
✔️ Strong skills in IDA, Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum, eDOCS, or similar platforms
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel tracking, Word formatting, PDF tools)
✔️ Experience supporting large CAPEX or multi-disciplinary project environments
✔️ Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
