**In this role you will**:
- Assist in creating reports and technical documents- Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval-
- Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions-
- Manage and control information circulation-
- Set up an efficient document management system-
- Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives- Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases
**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- Have experience in a similar document management role- Have experience in PROCORE which is critical for this role-
- Enjoy managing a large range of information-
- Good Knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage- Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint IT skills
