Fascination aviation - Ready to take off For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS in Finkenwerder we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH Participate in and contribute to a high performing cross functional Customer Account Support Team and Customer Resolution Services Team Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through industry leading quick response times as well as qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiries Maintenance of customer records Maintenance and development of the customer service quality level Support organisation in securing on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations Train and Support our customers in using our e-commerce platforms Participate in back-up arrangements in support of absence by other Customer Resolution Specialists Participate in periodic functional and cross-functional activities (e.g. projects, meetings etc) as per agreement with the Manager Bachelor's degree or higher in Economy, Supply Chain, Logistic or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service. Advanced knowledge of SAP. Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.). English: fluent / business proficient. German: an advantage.
