Junior Projektmanager Roll-Out Strategie (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d)

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Strategie, Beratung, Kapazitätsplanung, Partnersteuerung, im (Projekt-)Controlling oder Roll-Out-Projektmanagement
  • Fähigkeit zur Dateninterpretation und Freude an der Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit souveränem Auftreten und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Teamplayer mit proaktiver Haltung und verantwortungsbewusster Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Definition und Nachverfolgung strategischer Maßnahmen zur Sicherung der Roll-Out-Ziele und zur Risikoprävention
  • (Re-)Priorisierung von Bauprojekten unter Berücksichtigung der Baupartner-Kapazitäten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Funnel Management und Einkauf
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Ausbauleistung, Identifikation von Engpässen und Definition von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Kapazitätsengpässen oder Änderungen
  • Unterstützung des Roll-Outs zur Sicherstellung der Ziel- und Budgeterreichung (non-financial)
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und kontinuierlichen Anpassung der Ausbaustrategie (zeitlich und räumlich) in Abstimmung mit dem E2E Funnel Management und Partner Management
