Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert
Werde als Business Process Manager (m/w/d) zum/zur GestalterIn der Energiewende: In unseren Solution Trains arbeiten wir eng mit unseren Partnern zusammen, um den neuen Branchenstandard für IT-Systeme im Netzgeschäft zu definieren. Als zentrale Kraft bist du maßgeblich an der Durchgängigkeit von End-to-End-Prozessen in unseren IT-Projekten beteiligt. Du gestaltest nicht nur einen elementaren Erfolgsfaktor unseres Meter-to-Cash-Geschäfts, sondern stellst auch sicher, dass hochgradig performante und standardisierte Lösungen für die E.ON Strom- und Gas-Netzbetreiber in Deutschland entwickelt und implementiert werden.
Strategie & Operationalisierung: Du bist erster Sparringspartner für deine Prozessverantwortlichen, hier initiierst und verantwortest du strategische, sowie operative End2End-Maßnahmen zur übergreifenden Prozessoptimierung und Standardisierung in unseren IT-Projekten.
Struktur & Kommunikation: Als Impulsgeber und Vermittler strukturierst du komplexe Zuständigkeiten und bietest schnelle, effektive Unterstützung in IT-Projekten sowie den Fachbereichen.
Innovation & Weiterentwicklung: Du implementierst und entwickelst geeignete Methoden des Prozess- & Performancemanagements innerhalb unserer Organisation und international im gesamten E.ON-Konzern.
Analyse & Technologie: Mit deinem Fachwissen und IT-Know-How nutzt du Tools wie Celonis für Process Mining, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
Ein Background, der überzeugt
Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Energiewirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrungen im Prozess- und Performancemanagement in IT-Großprojekten. Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse in energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen und IT-Systemen.
Methodenkompetenz: Vertrautheit mit agilen Methoden wie SAFe oder dem BizDevOps Modell, Lean Management und toolgestützter Modellierung & Messung von Prozessen.
Analytisches Denken: Du zeichnest dich durch die Fähigkeit aus, komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren, zu strukturieren und zu vermitteln.
Eigeninitiative: Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstständigkeit und zu eigenständige Entscheidungen sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Flexibilität: Du bist gewohnt, sowohl virtuell als auch in Präsenzworkshops zu arbeiten.
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
