- You will oversee and coordinate a team of Account Managers (dotted line) to assure moving fast and scale.
- You conduct deep dives with internal Amazon data as well as interviews with Selling Partners and external partners to better understand challenges, design potential solutions and quantify their impact.
- You manage the pilot phase for solutions from A-Z, and are the One Face to Customer to be able to quickly learn and react if necessary.
- You support the scaling of prioritized solutions and will generate and lead all trainings and/or educational materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- You support the senior leadership team in drawing up budgets and forecasts. Key job responsibilities
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Several years of experience in business development / sales / sales-engineering / consulting (top-tier firm), preferably in the technology, internet and e-commerce sectors.
- Very good analytic skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts to a senior audience.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience leading business analysis, process improvements, change management and data interpretation at scale.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal teams, etc.
- You show a strong "can-do" attitude and inspire your peers/stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals together Preferred qualifications
- SQL / ETL knowledge
- A strong background (several years with Bachelor) of relevant work experience in product/program management or general business management BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
