We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive retention and expansion of our highest valued customers as a Strategic Account Manager. Your primary objective will be to own and drive the strategy for each customer in your book of business, ensuring seamless product adoption and Net Revenue Retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact and account owner for Lightspeed's largest and highest valued customers
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and resolution for at-risk events
  • Monitor customer usage data and translate into strategies for account retention and growth
  • Advocate industry and customer needs within the Lightspeed organization to support innovation

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in an enterprise-level Customer Success or Account Management role in B2B environments
  • Experience owning a large book of business
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Resourcefulness with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities and strategies
