  • Strategy: Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung für ein Kundenservice-Projekt einer unserer namhaften Auftraggeber und übernimmst die Projektsteuerung, sowohl in operativer aus auch in strategischer Hinsicht
  • Project Management: Du forcierst ein aktives Stakeholdermanagement und stellst eine erfolgreiche sowie nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit sicher. Dabei berätst du unsere Kunden kompetent und modifizierst ihre individuellen Anforderungen und stellst in enger Abstimmung mit deinen Team & Quality Managern die qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung sicher
  • Data Analytics: Du verantwortest das erfolgreiche Performance Management und identifizierst und monitorst dafür kontinuierlich relevante Steuerungsprozesse, wie KPIs, Dashboards und Qualitätskriterien. Dabei setzt du erfolgreich dein analytisches Know-how und Out-of-the-Box-Denken ein
  • Leadership: Du empowerst dein starkes und kompetentes Team aus Fach- und Führungskräften zu Höchstleistungen und das gemeinsame Erreichen der KPIs sind für dich Herzenssache

Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften o.ä. und über Führungs- oder Projektmanagementerfahrung
  • Du bist Kommunikationsprofi, kannst Menschen durch deinen Charme sowie deine Kompetenz auch remote motivieren und unterstützt sie gern beim Erreichen der Ziele
  • Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität, agierst gewissenhaft sowie strukturiert und kannst dich flexibel auf sich ändernde Situationen einstellen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere PowerPoint) und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du trittst souverän und selbstbewusst auf, arbeitest gern in crossfunktionalen sowie interkulturellen Teams und verfügst über eine gesunde Portion Humor
