Warehouse Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Outbound picking, packing, shipments, and warehouse planning departments at Knuspr. This role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and support the company's growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Excellence**: Develop and implement processes to ensure on-time delivery of outbound shipments, maintain high levels of order accuracy, and drive continuous improvements.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Drive the process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through employee involvement and teamwork.
- **Quality and Safety**: Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing policies, procedures, and regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and preventive actions.
- **Recruitment and Training**: Recruit, select, and train employees to meet the operational needs of the Fulfillment Center.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and implement employee performance management systems to drive productivity and efficiency.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Establish and enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**
- **Leadership Experience**: Proven experience in a leadership position within a warehouse environment, preferably in e-commerce and FMCG.
- **Operational Skills**: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including pick/pack/ship processes, inventory management, and supply chain management.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as experience with WMS systems.
