**Job Summary**
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Outbound picking, packing, shipments, and warehouse planning departments at Knuspr's Fulfillment Center. This role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and support the company's growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time delivery of outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with program, operational, and personnel policies.
- Drive process improvements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and accuracy.
- Lead the team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Manage warehouse operational requirements, including scheduling, assigning work, and monitoring results.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and preventive actions.
- Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
- Direct the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse, maintaining a 5S environment.
- Recruit, select, and train employees to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Develop employee performance through regular appraisals, coaching, and counseling.
- Establish and enforce safety practices, holding team members accountable for adhering to them.
- Experience in a leadership position within a warehouse environment, preferably in E-commerce and FMCG.
**Requirements**
- Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships within a Fulfillment Center.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as WMS systems.
- Good cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for efficient use of time.
- Knowledge of safety practices and 5S best practices.
- Understanding of pick/pack/ship operations in high-volume warehouse environments.
- WMS implementation background.
- High motivation and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
