Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:
Endbenutzer-Support:

Ansprechpartner für Endbenutzer bei allen technischen Problemen, Fragen und Anfragen vor Ort.
Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen an Desktop-Computern, Laptops, Druckern, Telefonen und anderen Endgeräten.
Dokumentation und Berichterstattung:

Dokumentation von technischen Problemen, Lösungen und unterstützten Endbenutzeranfragen.
Erstellung von Support-Berichten und -Statistiken zur Überwachung der Service-Level und zur Identifizierung von Trends und Problembereichen.
Zusammenarbeit und Schulung:

Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleitern und anderen IT-Teams, um komplexe Probleme zu lösen und Projekte zu unterstützen.
Schulung von Endbenutzern in Bezug auf die Nutzung von IT-Ressourcen, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Best Practices.
Unsere Erwartungen an Dich:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich.
Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Lösungen für Endbenutzer in einer Unternehmensumgebung.
Kenntnisse von Windows-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft Office-Anwendungen und anderen gängigen Unternehmenssoftwareanwendungen.
Erfahrung mit Hardware-Reparaturen und -Wartung an Desktop-Computern, Laptops und anderen Endgeräten.
