Business Manager Engineering (m/w/d)

Dein Daily Business
- Verantwortung: Du bist für den Ausbau der Abteilung "Engineering" zuständig und verantwortest den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg
- Führungsrolle: Du übernimmst neben der fachlichen Führung auch die disziplinarische Führung deiner Abteilung
- Neukundenakquise: Als Netzwerker:in akquirierst du neue Kunden und präsentierst unsere Dienstleistung (überwiegend Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie Contracting)
- Bestandskundenbetreuung: Du pflegst unsere langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen und verstehst die Personalbedürfnisse. Du bietest maßgeschneiderte Lösungen an und führst die Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
- Projektmanagement: Du weist deinen Projektmitarbeiter:innen entsprechend ihrer individuellen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten das passende Projekt zu
- Dein Start bei FERCHAU: unsere Welcome Days, Trainings, Seminare, Hospitationen und E-Learnings der ABLEacademy (u. a. zu den Themen: Vertrieb, Arbeitsrecht, Vertragsarten, Akquise)
- Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag, 30 Tage Urlaub und die Möglichkeit, mobil zu arbeiten

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einem idealerweise technischen Hintergrund
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung innerhalb der Branche und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung mit
- Du überzeugst mit einer ausgeprägten Leistungs- und Erfolgsorientierung und bringst diese unternehmerisch denkend in dein Team ein, mit dem Ziel, Unternehmenswachstum zu generieren
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und verbindliche Arbeitsweise aus
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, neue Kontakte zu knüpfen und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
