B2C Business Development Director (m/w/d) für DACH & BENELUX

am Standort München


  • Verantwortung für den Direktvertrieb: Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der
    Verkaufsstrategie auf allen Direktkanälen, Website und CRM
  • Umstrukturierung der lokalen Outbound-Abteilung von einer Contact Center-Einheit zu einem Team von Vertriebsberatern
  • Strategischer Ausbau von Maßnahmen zur Kundengewinnung im Bereich Digital- & Performance Marketing, sowie die Steigerung des Direktkundenumsatzes zusammen mit dem Director Marketing
  • Unterstützung der Länder beim Kampagnenmanagement, Geschäftsprozessmanagement & CRM
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Director B2B Sales zu Bidding- und Promoaktivitäten im OTA Kontext
  • Wettbewerbsanalyse und OTA-Benchmarking
  • Budgetplanung sowie regelmäßige Analyse der Vertriebskanalzahlen

  • Du hast mehrjährige Direkt-& Digitalmarketingerfahrung einschließlich E-Commerce und Call Center Anbindung in einem touristischen Unternehmen
  • Du bringst sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität mit
  • Du bist ein souveräner Schnittstellenmanager und hast Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit multifunktionalen Teams
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Budgetplanung
  • Du verfügst über Kommunikations-, Kontakt- und Präsentationsstärke
