Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auditierung und Entwicklung der Lieferanten per VDA 6.3, APQP und Überprüfung der Prozesse anhand der IATF-System-Anforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Herstellbarkeit, Maschinenfähigkeit sowie Prozessüberwachung
  • Messmittelfähigkeitsanalyse MSA und Überwachung der Kalibrierung
  • Sicherstellung der vertraglich vereinbarten Ausbringung und Überwachung per Run@Rate
  • Ursachenanalyse per 8D-Methode (ISHIKAWA) bei Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen
  • Weiterentwicklung des LAPP-Mobility-Lieferantenmanagements und Erarbeitung der Konzepte zur Optimierung der Lieferantenqualität
  • Teilnahme an Projektmeetings
  • Führung von FMEA-Sitzungen und Verfolgung von relevanten Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf bei strategischen sowie operativen Q- Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Kundenfreigaben und Kundenreklamationen
Das zeichnet Sie aus
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Bereich Qualität inkl. der Automotive Core Tools
  • Zertifizierter Auditor (m/w/d) im Bereich 2nd Party IATF, VDA 6.3 und als QMB
  • Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, im Office-Paket sowie im MiniTab- und BabTec-Modul FMEA
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft
