- Sustainability Manager / Nachhaltigkeitsmanger (m/w/d)

- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement und sind Ansprechpartner für soziale und ökologische Themen innerhalb der VIVAVIS-Gruppe
- Sie erstellen unser Corporate Carbon Footprint mit unserem externen Partner und leiten passende Klimaziele für unser Unternehmen ab
- Sie verantworten die Berichterstattung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, CSR und deren Fortschritt sowie die Durchführung einer Wesentlichkeitsanalyse
- Sie wirken bei Projekten mit, die unsere Nachhaltigkeitsziele voranbringen. Ihre Ideen und ihr Engagement sind gefragt
- Sie überwachen die Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen und behalten den Überblick über Nachhaltigkeitstrends und gesetzliche Anforderungen
- Sie betreuen die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung des Umweltmanagementsystems nach DIN EN ISO 14001
- Sie führen die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation interner und externer Umweltaudits sowie Managementreviews durch
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung einer umfassenden CSR-Strategie mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit und Lieferkettenmanagement sowie die Identifikation und Ableitung von Nachhaltigkeitszielen
- Sie sind für die Integration von CSR-Praktiken in allen Unternehmensbereichen verantwortlich
- Sie analysieren die wirtschaftlichen und politischen Entwicklungen aus der Nachhaltigkeitsperspektive
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Umweltwissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement und ein fundiertes Verständnis für Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten, um interne und externe Stakeholder und Lieferanten zu engagieren und mobilisieren
- Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Nachhaltigkeitsstandards und -frameworks wie ISO 14001, CSRD, ESRS und LkSG
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, soziale Verantwortung und die Verbesserung von Lieferketten
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, analytisches Denken, prozessorientiertes Denken sowie unternehmerischer Blick mit langfristigem Denken
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
