**Job **Purpose**

For this position a dedicated, motivated and creative person is needed who will be responsible for administrative, financial and organizational activities for the local office based in Ettlingen.

**Key responsibilities and tasks**:

- Accounts Receivable from dunning to cash in our automated system.
- Accounts Payable including: - Invoice verification, Order Approvals, Booking of AP
- Handling and booking of the travel expenses
- Customer management and supplier management
- Preparatory accounting activities for accounts payable
- Fleet Management,
- General administrative tasks, office management, including some location specific HR/Personnel and insurance tasks
- Master data maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- A commercial education
- An affinity for numbers and a structured way of working
- Accounting skills
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as Industriekauffrau /-Kaufmann or Bürokauffrau /-Kaufmann

**Relevant Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the commercial-administrative field
- Professional experience in a technical product or software environment
- Professional international experience

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills in dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Fluent German and advanced English language skills (written and verbal)
- Organisational talent as well as a flexible and reliable way of working.
- Confident handling of IT and MS Office programmes
- Service-orientated and uses initiative
- The ability to manage and organize an office.
