Möglichkeit eines Sabbaticals

Du arbeitest im Vorfeld ganz normal in der „Ansparphase“, lässt dir aber nur einen Teil deines Gehalts auszahlen. Während deines Sabbaticals arbeitest du dann gar nicht und bekommst in dieser Zeit die angesparten Beträge ausgezahlt.
