Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von multimedialen, modernen Kommunikationsstrategien zur Förderung des internen Austauschs und der Verankerung der Unternehmenskultur
- Gewährleistung einer konsistenten Unternehmenskommunikation durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, insbesondere Employer Branding, External Communications und Marketing
- Wirkungsvolle Change Kommunikation, die Mitarbeiter einbindet und motiviert
- Erschließung neuer, zielgruppenspezifischer Kommunikations- und Feedbackkanäle unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse verschiedener Mitarbeitergruppen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kommunikationskanäle, wie Intranet, Newsletter und interne Veranstaltungen
- Erstellung und Betreuung von Kommunikationsmaterialien und Präsentationen
- Analyse und Bewertung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Kommunikationsstrategie
Das bist du:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder Vergleichbar
- Mind. 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem großen Unternehmen oder im Einzelhandel
- Teamplayer mit einem positiven, offenen Mindset und einer Leidenschaft für moderne Kommunikation
- Kreativität und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für die Kommunikationsbedürfnisse und -anforderungen unterschiedlicher Mitarbeitergruppen
- Souveränes Auftreten sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Change Kommunikation
