What can you expect?
You develop and deliver quarterly Field Marketing plans for region DACH that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals
You develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with partners in the region
You develop and execute demand generation marketing programs including third-party hosted events, internal portfolio hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and email marketing
You forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results and optimizing as needed
You own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including Account Based Marketing programs that penetrate key accounts in the region
You maintain ongoing communications and are the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, and regional partners
What should you bring along?
You have 5+ years experience in a high-performance marketing department
You possess strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
You have the ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities
You have a strong affinity to the German software market, in addition to the Austrian and Swiss markets
You have excellent communication skills, orally and in writing, including presenting
You are a German native speaker and fluent in English
