About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Social Media to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer-driven social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing and eCommerce
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and capabilities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
