Lead Solution Delivery Manager - Central Contract Management Cloud (m/w/d)

ab sofort und in Vollzeit in Berlin, Bonn, Frankfurt a.M., Hamburg, Leipzig, Meckenheim, München, Nürnberg, Ulm oder einem anderen unserer BWI-Standorte..

Das Solution Delivery Management (SDM) verantwortet grundsätzlich die Vertragserfüllung und bildet mit Account Management (AM) das Unternehmerpaar. Es ist der Ansprechpartner für den Auftraggeber hinsichtlich vertraglicher Aspekte und stellt somit die Schnittstelle zwischen leistungserbringenden Einheiten und Kunde Bw in der Vertragserfüllungsphase dar. Die ausgeschriebene Stelle verantwortet die vertragsgerechte Service- und Leistungserbringung in Teilbereichen des Clusters ICU IC (Infrastructure und Cloud Services).


  • Verantwortung der Koordination zwischen Kunden (Leistungsinhalte), Account Managment (Vertragliche Rahmenbedingungen) und Leistungserbringern in der Service Delivery (Umsetzung)
  • Leitung der bzw. Vertretung in den relevanten Gremien, inkl. Koordination der Service Delivery Teilnehmer sowie anderer beteiligter Einheiten
  • Gesamtkoordination der technischen Leistungsverpflichtungen
  • Budgetmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit Business Partnern und leistungserbringenden Einheiten
  • Beratung zu den Themen des eigenen Fachgebietes und bei Verhandlungen

  • Abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre fachbezogene Berufserfahrung in der Bestandskundenbetreuung (Service Delivery Management)
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte fachliche Kenntnisse in den zu betreuenden Bereichen und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse zu Kosten und Umsatz
  • Hohe Durchsetzungs-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Lösungorientierung sowie innovatives und zielgerichtetes Denken
