Aufgaben
- Als Senior Land Scout bist du ein zentraler Baustein für das Wachstum unseres Onshore Wind und PV Portfolios und berichtest direkt an die Teamleiter
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamleiter Origination und den regionalen Teamleitern für die Projektentwicklung sind deine Hauptaufgaben
- Entwicklung der landesweiten und regionalen Grünflächen Entstehungsstrategie zur Identifizierung , Priorisierung und Akquisition von Grünflächen Projekten sowohl in der Windenergie einschließlich Repowering) als auch in der Freiflächen Photovoltaik
- Koordination der regionalen Land Scouts ( festangestellte und freiberufliche Mitarbeiter), Gewährleistung der Kommunikation innerhalb des Grünflächen Teams und Austausch von Best Practice Erfahrungen
- Engagement für Ziele und Pipeline Wachstum gewährleisten
- Training (z.B. Technologien , Ansätze wie Repowering etc.) und Motivation des Teams
- Koordination mit GIS und Geschäftsleiter sowie regelmäßige Koordinationstreffen mit Regionalmanagern und Land Scouts
- Entwicklung und Auswertung von ersten Business Cases und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Berichterstattung und Analyse von Markt Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Vertretung des Unternehmens bei Branchenveranstaltungen Handelstarifen sowie gegenüber allen Stakeholdern (Gemeinden, Behörden , Grundbesitzern und Bürgern
Profil
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiatve und Engagement
- Exzellente Team und Führungsqualitäten und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Landerwerb für erneuerbare Energien in Deutschland
- Nachweislicher Erfolg bei der Beratung und Verhandlung mit einer Vielzahl von Geschäftspartnern, Behörden und externen Stakeholdern
- Du benötigst die Fähigkeit verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig, gut strukturiert, selbstorganisiert und zielorientiert zu arbeiten
- Überzeugungsfähigkeit auch in schwierigen Situationen, kompetetentes und engagiertes Handeln & ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
- Führerscheinklasse B; Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft
