The Company:

A leading global manufacturer and developer operating right across the renewables sector with a pipeline of Onshore Solar PV, Wind and energy storage projects. They are building a team of enthusiastic professionals who have a passion for adding their value into driving the energy transition forward. Due to significant success expanding into global markets, it has created the need to appoint a Senior Project Developer to support the continued growth of the business.


The Role:

As Senior Project Developer you will lead throughout the full project development lifecycle and business development activities across a range of technologies in this broad and dynamic role.

Some duties would include:

  • Support the delivery of early-stage pipeline, actively managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the project (engineering, planning, construction, legal etc.)
  • Negotiating contracts with internal and external bodies including grid operators, landowners, utilities etc.
  • Being accountable for progress reports that support your decision making in accordance with agreed timeframes, schedules and budgets.
  • Proactively identify issues and risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Use your network and expertise to bring in new project opportunities.


The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A background in renewable energy project development, although other backgrounds will also be considered e.g. real estate, agriculture.
  • Be the single point of contact for your team and clients during project implementation.
  • Speak German to C1 level or higher.
